Whenever another photographer hires me to take their family photos I am deeply honored. Such is the case with this family photo session. Please meet miss Olivia and her family (husband, daughter, parents, brother and sister in law). Olivia is a photographer and does great work. Check out her website here. Obviously, photographers cannot take their own family photo so Olivia called me to meet her at Lafayette Square Park and capture her loving family. I was am am totally honored. I think we captured the leaves at their peak and there was such a warm glow in the air. What a lovely session with a loving family.
I think we have some proud grandparents here!!
The following pictures have a funny story to go with them. There was a little boy in a BRIGHT red sweatshirt on the bridge that morning. I either had to wait for him to exit the scene or just take the shot and completely remove him from the photo in post editing. Thankfully, there is no red blob to mess up this lovely picture.
I think every family needs a picture tossing the leaves. Its just classic!
